  • Stores Account credentials

Duo Mobile

  • 2-Step Authentication tool
  • Used for your PennKey credentials

Google Authenticator

  • 2-Step Authentication tool
  • Used for any Google service or account

Secure Share

  • Secure document sharing service
  • Documents will delete themselves automatically

Virtual Meetings (Video Conferencing) and Virtual Labs

Virtual Meetings Powered by Bluejeans

  • Allows up to 100 simultaneous participants
  • Can connect from Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, or Regular Landline
  • Supports meeting recordings  and screen sharing

Virtual Lab (a.k.a. VMware)

  • Allows remote access to virtual versions of the Public Computers
  • This includes access to specific departmental applications such as JMP and Matlab
  • You can use Windows Excel if you are a Mac user and do not want to install Windows

Research Databases, Resources, and Surveys

WRDS

  • Web-based Business Data Research Service
  • Access to over 250TB of data (financial statements, market data, ESG, marketing, economics, news, healthcare)

Library Resources

  • Access to: the Wall Street Jorunal, Additional study spaces, Vitale Digitial Media Lab, Bloomberg terminals in Lippincott, subscription data sources, equipment lending


Qualtrics Survey Software

  • Allows you to easily create, distribute, and analyze surveys
  • Create detailed reports based off collected data


Public Printing Options

Pharos Print UtilityMobile Print

  • Allows printing to Public Printers
  • Print Utility: Application for laptops
  • Mobile Print: printing via Email

Campus Copy Center

  • Specialty Printing
  • Fast Turnaround Times (24 hours or less)
  • Graphic Designer on Staff

  • Located in Houston Hall

  • Application that allows wireless screen sharing to the monitors in GSRs
