1. On your Mac, click the Wi-Fi icon in the top-right menu bar
2. Select the network titled "Connect to AirPennNet"
3. Launch your web browser
4. Navigate to http://neverssl.com
5. Click Join Now
6. Run the program that downloads and enter your PennKey credentials when prompted

JoinNow Wizard

Papercut Portal

Use this option to print to the public computers on the Wharton Campus.

1. Open any web browser, and navigate to whr.tn/print.
2. Log in with your PennKeycredentials.
3. Select web print from the menu
4. Click Submit job button
5. Click Upload documents and select your document(s). Once the document finishes processing, it will be ready to print.
6. Walk up to any Wharton printer and tap your PennCard on the card reader, then select your document.

Departmental Printing

Subscribing to Updates

1. Go to the Wharton Computing Status page
2. Click on Subscribe to Updates
3. Choose the ways you want to receive updates: E-mail, text, RSS feed, and more.

Wharton Computing will keep this page updated to let you know when there are outages or degradations to the various services students use like E-mail, Canvas, Printing, AirPennNet, and more.

Virtual Lab

Wharton provides 24/7 remote access to virtual computers equipped with the same software as Wharton's public computers. Keep in mind that Virtual Lab is a limited, shared resource like the physical public computers.

1. To Download and run the VMWare Horizon Client installer for your computer, go to the vLab portal page and click the link to install the VMWare Horizon Client.
2. This will take you to the client downloads site hosted by Omnissa; select the Go To Downloads link for your OS (e.g.: Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, etc.).
3. Select Download Now to download the desired client.
4. Accept the default settings until you reach Default View Connect Server. (If asked to choose Network Protocol, select IPv4.).
5. In the Default View Connect Server box, type https://wharton-a.desktop.upenn.edu.
6. Click Finish.

Once the VMWare Horizon Client is installed, you may launch it and connect to a vLab virtual desktop instance.

Zoom Meetings

Zoom is an easy, reliable cloud platform for video, voice, content sharing, and chat that runs across mobile devices, desktops, telephones, and room systems. Each meeting can accommodate up to 300 participants and supports recording of the meeting and screen/media sharing. All Wharton students, faculty, and staff have access to Virtual Meetings. It includes some additional features such as polling and larger breakout rooms. 

App Installation & Setup

You’ll need to download  and install the Mac app before following these directions.  Although you don't need this installed to use Zoom, using it will provide a better experience. 

1. If you have the Zoom app installed Zoom meeting links will automatically launch it. You can also manually launch the app.  Individuals using M1/M2 Macs: download Zoom here. 
2. Click Sign In with SSO.
3. You’ll need to provide the company domain (upenn). You can either search via your UPenn email address or click on I know the company domain and enter upenn.
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter your PennKey username and password and click Log In.
6. And you’re logged into the Zoom app with your Penn Zoom account.

Browser Access

1. Go to https://upenn.zoom.us.
2. Click Sign in.
3. Enter your PennKey username and password.

You’ll need to download and install the Windows app before following these directions. Although you don't need this installed to use Zoom, using it will provide a better experience.

1. Launch the app and click Sign In.
2. Click Sign in with SSO.
3. Enter UPenn as the domain and click Continue.
4. Log in with your PennKey username and password.
5. Click Open to switch back to the Zoom app.
6. You’re now logged into your Penn Zoom account on the Windows Zoom app.

Browser Access

1. Go to https://upenn.zoom.us.
2. Click Sign in.
3. Enter your PennKey username and password.

6. A dialogue will ask you if you want to open the page in Zoom. You do, so tap Open.
7. Now you’re logged in.
8. If you want to see your scheduled meetings tap Meetings at the bottom of the screen.

4. Enter Upenn as the company domain and tap Continue on the keyboard.
5. Enter your PennKey username and password and tap Log in.
6. You'll need to approve the two-step verification.
7. Now you’re logged in, and should be at the Meet and Chat page. This is where you can create, schedule and join meetings.
8. If you want to see your scheduled meetings tap Meetings at the bottom of the screen.

6. After it has installed, open any M365 Application
   • i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
7. Sign in with your PennO365 credentials

5. Enter the confirmation code that gets sent to your email and hit Next
6. You'll see the same menu options as when you are logged into the CampusGroups website.
